“Monster”と言う映画を最近見た。とてもおもしろかったです。日本に留学した後、日本の映画やアニメがよく分かれる。この映画はとてもいいと思います。”Cinematography“ はとても美しいからです。英語でこの映画の話を説明します。

This movie is a mystery in which you are constantly wondering, 怪物はだれだ？The film covers the same plot points but through the point of views of three different characters. From these different perspectives you see how the “truth” depends on the eye of the beholder. This story also explores what it is like to grow up gay in Japan, a conservative country where gay marriage is not legal. I thought that this was an amazing film that made me cry at the end, I was very emotionally impacted by the journey that these two young boys went through to find out their place in the world. I loved how colorful the movie was, how you were never certain of whether characters were “good” or “bad” (when really people can rarely be categorized merely as such). The characters all lie and do things that end up hurting others, but by the end you understand all of them are flawed people doing their best in a flawed society.

ミステリーやドラマチックな映画が好きなら、この映画をお勧めします。俳優たちはとてもうまくやっていて、ストーリーは素晴らしいです。
