MY HERO ACADEMIA
EPISODE 132
This weekend, I watched My Hero Academia Episode 132. This is the sixth season of the show and I am enjoying the more serious turn it is taking. In this episode, the main character Izuku Midoriya dropped out of school to became a vigilante of sorts and is working on a team with other heroes to fight villains that escaped from prison recently. The action scenes were dramatic and well-animated. I enjoyed seeing characters from previous seasons come back in this episode. Overall, I really like this season so far!
As an outcome from my Japanese study, I noticed different grammatical forms such as "no de" as because, and past tense verbs as well as word recognition. Some words I noted that I remembered were "mono," multiple verbs including new ones such as to kill or to die, and the casual form of verbs as well as polite form depending on who was speaking and whom they were addressing, I was able to recognize what time period people were talking about based on the verb form in present or past tense.
I legit cannot believe that My Hero is already on its 132th episode.... Like, that show is the entire reason I got into anime, and when I first discovered it, I remember that it only had one season out.... Time seriously flies ;-; I haven't been keeping up with it too much, but I've heard that this new season is much better than the previous ones so Im hoping for the best!!
